Environmental Policy

Headway Technologies Inc. (Headway) understands that the care of the global environment is an important issue to society. This policy applies to all environmental aspects associated with its research and development and manufacturing at its three (3) building campus in Milpitas and also to the use and disposal of Headway's products. Applicable procedures and requirements are communicated to suppliers and contractors.

Headway will guide its business activities to prevent pollution following a system of continual improvement in order to achieve the following:

• Promote environmental protection through the implementation of objectives and targets associated with significant environmental aspects



• Adopt and describe environmental protection technologies



• Comply with environmental laws and regulations and other requirements



• Establish an environmental management system (EMS)



• Provide environmental education and training



• Share environmental information



• Conduct regular environmental audits
